Brothers | Surprise, AZ Child Photographer

It's been a while since this family had photos done so it was time! With a sixteen, eight and two year old, I was more worried about the older two than the little one only. Most of my experience is chasing toddlers around so I knew what to do with him. But all three boys were Ah-Mazing!

Of course, it was all about the two year old and what he wanted to do, but we all just followed his lead.We made a lot of animal noises, kept listening for the cows, and just explored for sticks and citrus.

I still crack up looking at some of the photos as I can just hear the hilarious sounds being made.

Thank you, {S} family for a great evening full of laughter! I can't wait to see you all again! Lots of love,

apples and balloons | Peoria, AZ West Valley Baby Photographer

This fall, I am traveling to both Cancun and back to my hometown in Pennsylvania so I had limited availability. Thankfully, we were able to find a time for this family to do photos because I would've been missing out on meeting two incredibly sweet people (and their ADORABLE son), if not! They were wanting to do first birthday photos for cutie pie Gavin who turns one in November. We were a little early, but were still able to capture him perfectly at this age and stage.

We planned for 35 minutes which wasn't quite enough time for Gavin to be all smiles, but he was sure interested in me or possibly the huge black thing in front of my face! He has the most incredible eyes that just soak up the world around him. We did capture some huge smiles especially when in his parents' arms.

As we ran out of time, we squeezed a few of him by himself. They brought fun little props and ended with giving him an EAT! I couldn't believe how he much he liked apples especially eating them like such a big boy.

Thank you {T} family for getting Gavin's pictures done a little before he turns one. He is THE cutest happiest little guy and so blessed to have the two of you as parents. It is so apparent how head-over-heels in love you are with him. Give him a big birthday squeeze from me next month! Lots of love,

Exploring | Surprise, Arizona Child and Family Photographer

It's been two years since I got to hang out with this adorable family. Isaiah and Sarah are just cuter than ever, too! They had a blast exploring, finding flowers, spotting dragonflies and having fun with each other in the desert jungle as I call it. Every time I see the picture of Sarah touching her mom's nose, I instantly smile while I remember the laughter during that very moment. And to see Isaiah's goegeous blue eyes with that huge grin, I know that he was smiling big as he thought about a digger he was going to get. They are just full of personality and I'm thankful to have been part of capturing such wonderful memories.

Thank you {H} family for your kindness and willingness to explore a new place. It was such a pleasure again spending time with you all. Lots of love,

let it go | Surprise, AZ family photographer

I met this family last year at my son's karate class. Ever since then, this amazing momma has made me so many adorable newborn sets and other fun goodies to use in my photos. She even made her daughter's dress for these photos. Hello! LOVE! She is extremely talented and has an extremely huge heart!

I couldn't WAIT to photograph her family. She informed me during the session that they haven't really had family photos done before. So of course, I wanted to make sure we got some great shots of them all together. The kids were just perfect and laughed or sang nonstop. Dylan and I had some fun with potty humor causing us all to be in hysterics. Devyn, however, was a little more reserved until I put on "Let It Go". It was as if she were in a trance! She sang every word to that song and is only two!

Thank you so much for letting me be the one to take your first family photos! And thank you {A} for taking off your hat and sunglasses for them :) I just love your family and am thankful our paths have crossed. Can't wait to do this again!

Lots of love,
